This information will be used solely to evaluate your equipment financing application, determine your creditworthiness and ability to repay, verify your identity and employment, assess your cash flow and financial stability, and make lending decisions.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT (FCRA):
You have the right to request disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigation
If we take adverse action based on this report, we will provide you with the consumer reporting agency's contact information
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information
You have the right to a free copy of your report within 60 days of adverse action
CONSENT DURATION & RIGHT TO REVOKE:
This authorization remains in effect for the duration of our evaluation. You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting support@stratafi.com. However, revoking may result in our inability to process your application.
